Mazher joins And Digital

I’m delighted to have joined And as the new Digital Marketing Manager.

I come to And having recently taken a year out to complete an MSc in Marketing. During that time I freelanced for a number of clients planning and implementing digital and (mainly) social media campaigns. My background since 2002 has been around online and digital marketing working in places ranging from a small design studio in London to a FTSE 100 listed company within one of their online advertising business units.

Since the mid 2000′s, with social media propelling digital marketing to much higher levels of awareness particularly from a commercial and business perspective, the opportunities (and challenges) that digital marketing has presented from a client facing perspective have made it a great sector to be working in.

I’ve been at And since May 2011, but even in that short space of time I’ve been involved in a number of exciting digital projects ranging from new briefs on animations, web microsites and email campaigns to taking over some of the long term projects that we have.

There’s an immensely talented team of digital creatives here, and some of the amazing conceptual work I’ve seen coming out of the studio have got me really excited for the future. My role is to do that talent justice and make sure those ideas are translated back to match the many varied briefs we work on.
